Refund Policy

  • All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as a government-issued ID, National ID for residents, or a passport.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for check-in.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • Stay of one child up to 5 years of age is complimentary without the use of an extra bed. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • If any guest is found engaging in inappropriate behavior, the management reserves the right to take necessary actions after investigation.
  • Discounted bookings cannot be modified. In case of early check-out for such a booking, no refund will be provided.
  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm arrival status. If we do not receive a response after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled.
  • We may reach out to guests for feedback on their stay through calls or messages.

Booking Extension Policy

  • Extension of stay will be provided at current room rates, subject to availability.
  • Current room rates may be different from the original booking rates.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our simple cancellation policy ensures a smooth refund process.

For bookings up to 3 rooms:

Before Check-in

  • Any cancellation 24 hours prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.

On the Date of Check-in

  • If you cancel after the scheduled check-in time or do not show up, the entire booking amount will be deducted as cancellation/no-show charges.

Mid-Stay Cancellations

  • If you decide to shorten your stay before 2 PM, you will be charged for one additional night.
  • If you decide to shorten your stay after 2 PM, you will be charged for two additional nights.
  • The amount for the remaining nights will be refunded.

For bookings of 4 or more rooms:

  • You need to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as advance to confirm your reservation.

Payment Policy

  • For bookings longer than 7 nights, guests must settle outstanding payments on a weekly basis.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny further accommodation if outstanding payments are not settled.

We allow guaranteed early check-in from 6 AM onwards, either free or at a nominal charge (up to 30% of average tariff).
